The BOOK indicates the role of education in the development of the FST. It captures the fact that the NiCFoST  will regulate the training of FST Professionals.

 

The LABORATORY TOOLS (microscope and flasks) captures the role FST Professionals will play in research as well as in Food safety (vovering the span of chemical and biological food safety matters).

 

The SLAUGHTERED HEALTHY POULTRY AND FULLY RIPE HARVESTED CORN indicates the commencement of conversion of agricultural harvests into food products by Certified FST Professionals which proceeds after harvest. They also cover the range of interest in foods from both plant and animal origin.

It also shows that food and beverage products that are properly packaged and labelled with all regulatory approvals are some of the most visible outputs from the work of certified food professionals to the society.
